ESTUDO DO SISTEMA FOTOVOLTAICO INSTALADO EM UMA EDIFICAÇÃO RESIDENCIAL

O Sistema fotovoltaico pode tornar as edificações mais sustentáveis, atendendo as necessidades das obras e do meio ambiente, de forma viável e eficaz. Por meio deste trabalho objetivamos comprovar a eficácia da utilização de um sistema alternativo, estimando o payback, por meio da comparação entre o tempo de retorno do sistema fotovoltaico prevista e o real, de forma que o mesmo obtenha êxito em suas aplicações, possibilitando ainda um impacto ambiental menor que o ocasionado pelo sistema convencional. Este Sistema traz inúmeras vantagens para o meio, sendo ela de caráter econômico, no qual, após o tempo de retorno do investimento, a produção do sistema se torna em lucro para o proprietário, traz também vantagens ambientais como a diminuição do dióxido de carbono, e a utilização de uma fonte inesgotável de energia.
