SUPERFÍCIE DE IMPLANTE: UM MÉTODO CONTEMPORÂNEO
Abstract
O objetivo desse estudo é apresentar os diferentes métodos
no tratamento da superfície de implantes com associação
de técnicas que podem trazer vantagens na osseointegração
do implante com o osso, fazendo com que o tempo cirúrgico
se torne menor e a aderência do osso com o implante seja
mais rápida, fazendo com que ocorra também a coagulação
que é um fator importante para a migração de células para
se ter a osseointegração e demonstrar através de um relato
de caso clinico onde foi utilizado implantes com superfície
tratada (SLA Active, Straumann) na reabilitação de uma
maxila que recebeu anteriormente enxertia de crista ilíaca,
e foram instalados 8 implantes para que receber uma prótese
metalocerâmica segmentada, sendo feita a reabertura e
o molde após 21 dias de espera da instalação dos implantes,
constatando a eficácia e os benefícios do material.
