CIRURGIA PARA-ENDODÔNTICA: RELATO DE CASO CLINÍCO
Abstract
O caso clínico relatado a seguir, visa a apresentação das
modalidades dentro da cirurgia paraendodôntica, suas
indicações diante das diversas situações. Em específico, o
artigo mostra a obturação simultânea ao ato cirúrgico e a
realização da plastia apical no dente 21, e a cicatrização dos
tecidos de sustentação após a remoção de toda a lesão radicular
que estava causando o exudato inflamatório que
não regredia com a medicação intra canal.
