PREVALÊNCIA DE CANINOS INCLUSOS EM PACIENTES DA CLÍNICA ODONTOLÓGICA DA UNINGÁ
Abstract
A presente pesquisa tem o objetivo de verificar a prevalência
de caninos permanentes inclusos superiores e inferiores
de pacientes da clínica odontológica da Uningá. Detalhar a
freqüência destes casos em pacientes de ambos os gêneros e
posição do dente na cavidade bucal de pacientes de 13 anos
a 30 anos de idade. Foram analisadas 202 radiografias ortopantomográficas
aleatoriamente com utilização de negatoscópio
e luneta de aumento de 2,5 vezes. Encontramos
no total 12 dentes de caninos permanentes inclusos. Após a
avaliação dos dados, comparamos os resultados obtidos
com pesquisas anteriores de outros autores.
