Supervisão em Unidades de Saúde: estudo de revisão bibliográfica

O Sistema Único de Saúde é o modelo de política de saúde
do Brasil. Atualmente grandes esforços estão direcionados para a
formação dos recursos humanos, pois os municípios assumem a
organização e a gestão da atenção à saúde nos diferentes graus de
complexidade, surgindo à necessidade do monitoramento das ações por
meio de um instrumento gerencial educativo e contínuo. A supervisão
tem um papel estimulador para melhoria deste processo de qualificação
dos serviços e da assistência prestada. Dificuldades na compreensão do
papel dos supervisores motivaram a reflexão deste estudo.
