Abstract

Objetivo: Conhecer e analisar o conhecimento produzido
acerca dos fatores de estresse sob a percepção de
estudantes de Enfermagem. Métodos: pesquisa descritiva
exploratória com abordagem qualitativa por pesquisa
bibliográfica relevantes publicadas nos últimos anos na
literatura científica nacional, utilizando os seguintes
descritores: Estresse, Estudantes e Enfermagem, na língua
portuguesa. Resultados: Foi possível perceber que a
sobrecarga do conteúdo programático, o relatório e o
estágio curricular, o lidar com os limites humanos
(doença/morte), sentimentos de incapacidade frente às
atividades exigidas e a qualidade das relações interpessoais
são considerados fatores de estresse em grande parte dos
artigos.Conclusão: Conclui-se a importância de se estudar
como o estresse vem afetando o desempenho acadêmico dos
estudantes de enfermagem na faculdade, pois os alunos ao
se defrontar com agentes estressantes podem não se sentir
como indivíduos capazes e competentes de desenvolver um
bom desempenho acadêmico, podendo resultar em uma
autoestima diminuída.
