RISCOS OCUPACIONAIS DA EQUIPE DE ENFERMAGEM INSERIDA NA ATENÇÃO BÁSICA DE SAÚDE
Resumen
O objetivo deste estudo foi identificar o conhecimento produzido
acerca dos riscos ocupacionais da equipe de enfermagem
atuante na atenção básica durante o desenvolvimento
de atividades laborais em Serviços de Saúde e; conhecer
as estratégias sugeridas/utilizadas para minimizar
os riscos e acidentes de trabalho. Estudo de revisão narrativa
da literatura foi desenvolvido a partir das bases de
dados LILACS (Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe
em Ciências da Saúde) e SCIELO - (Scientific Eletronic
Library Online), disponíveis na Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde
(BVS). Foram selecionadas publicações dos anos de 2002
a 2011, utilizando os descritores: Enfermagem do trabalho,
Saúde do trabalhador, Enfermagem em Saúde Comunitária
e Enfermagem em Saúde Pública. Identificou-se 40 artigos,
sendo dez selecionados para o estudo. Os profissionais
de enfermagem estão expostos a diversos riscos ocupacionais
como físicos, químicos, biológicos, ergonômicos e de
acidentes, bem como a fatores emocionais, sociais e violências.
Esta exposição pode comprometer tanto à saúde do
profissional como a assistência prestada ao usuário dos
serviços de saúde.
