TRAUMATISMO DENTAL – RELATO DE CASO CLÍNICO
Resumen
O traumatismo dental é um tema relevante, principalmente
nos dentes anteriores, influenciando de forma expressiva a
estética e função do indivíduo. O objetivo deste estudo é
apresentar um caso clínico de traumatismo dental e sua
reabilitação. Paciente do gênero masculino, 13 anos de
idade, sofreu queda e fraturou coroa do dente 11 na região
do colo. O exame clínico e radiográfico revelou fratura
total da coroa sem lesão periapical. O plano de tratamento
constituiu de endodontia da raiz do dente 11, posteriormente
a instalação de pino de fibra de vidro, preparo, colagem
e adaptação do fragmento coronário, armazenado
previamente em soro fisiológico. Assim, o cirurgião dentista
frente a um traumatismo dental deve atuar de forma
imediata, com técnica e segurança, através de anamnese,
exame clínico (intra e extra-bucal), e exame radiográfico
preciso. Atuando de forma conservadora sempre que possível,
a fim de devolver qualidade de vida ao paciente.
