For data collection a semi-structured interview was used with four discursive questions that served as genaration issue of the interview, and from these questins others could arise. The thematic analysis proposed by Minayo (2014) was used for the treatment of data obtained in the interview. The results showed that the training experiences, lived in the context of PIBID, allow the supervisors moments of training, research, interaction with the university, as well as the improvement of profession learning.
