VERTICALIZAÇÃO DE MOLARES COM CANTILÉVER RELATO DE CASO
Abstract
Na rotina clínica, frequentemente depara-se com molares
inclinados mesialmente, devido à perda precoce de molares
decíduos ou permanentes, anodontia de segundos
pré-molares. A verticalização de molares com abertura ou
fechamento do espaço ou ainda a extração são soluções
recomendadas, dependendo da gravidade do problema. A
verticalização de molares é uma terapia ortodôntica muito
utilizada em pacientes adultos, de grande validade para os
procedimentos de prótese, periodontia e implantes. Sendo
assim este trabalho tem por finalidade mostrar uma opção
terapêutica para a verticalização de molares utilizando
cantiléver.
