PRESENÇA DE INSUFICIÊNCIA CARDÍACA DE ALTO DÉBITO POR ANEURISMA DE SEIO DE VALSALVA EM PACIENTE DE 58 ANOS
Abstract
O aneurisma de Seio de Valsalva (ASV) é uma doença congênita
rara, com gene de baixa penetrância na população, e
possui fenótipos diferentes de apresentação, porem todos
concorrem na forma de aumento volumétrico da estrutura
formada pela parede aórtica no seio de valsalva. A doença
decorre inicialmente por um defeito na formação dos folhetos
histológicos da parede arterial aórtica, causando
adelgaçamento desta e consequente formação aneurismática
devido pressão sanguínea local. Aqui é relatado o caso de
um paciente de 58 anos admitido com um quadro sindrômico
de insuficiência cardíaca de alto débito, decorrente de
aneurisma de seio de valsalva, complicado com fístula para
o ventrículo direito.
