PREDOMÍNIO DO ESTRESSE EM ACADÊMICOS DE MEDICINA
Abstract
A formação médica, pela sua própria natureza, dispõe de
fatores que levam ao surgimento do estresse nos acadêmicos
de Medicina. Estes se encontram em situação de vulnerabilidade
e de desgaste emocional, de acordo com as exigências
do curso. O objetivo do presente estudo é analisar a
prevalência do estresse em acadêmicos de Medicina, descrever
suas características e analisar os fatores sintomáticos
desenvolvidos, apontando os principais desencadeadores
do estresse e os prejuízos causados por este nos acadêmicos.
Foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica, com base
em materiais já elaborados, embasada principalmente em
livros e artigos científicos. Observou-se que os estudos encontram
evidência de estresse na vida dos acadêmicos de
medicina.
