Aprendizado em saúde bucal por meio de um jogo educativo

O presente estudo apresenta as atividades realizadas com um
grupo de crianças de 3ª e 4ª séries do ensino fundamental utilizando-se o
jogo da memória “Sempre Sorrindo”. O objetivo do trabalho foi
conscientizar as crianças sobre a importância da saúde bucal de forma
integrada à atividades de leitura, interpretação e escrita. A amostra foi
constituída por 27 alunos da 3ª série e 33 alunos da 4ª série de uma escola
municipal, na faixa etária entre 9 e 10 anos de idade, além das respectivas
professoras das salas trabalhadas. Verificou-se que utilização do jogo
favoreceu a assimilação de conceitos e informações em saúde pelas
crianças e concomitantemente exerceu papel motivador para o
desenvolvimento ativo das linguagens verbais e visuais. Concluiu-se que a
utilização do jogo educativo foi eficiente em alcançar os objetivos
propostos.
