Em estudos epidemiológicos, um dos aspectos relevantes
para estabelecer relações no processo saúde-doença, é a obtenção de
dados precisos. Sendo assim, a utilização de instrumentos com níveis
apropriados de confiabilidade e validade torna-se imprescindível. Deste
modo, realizou-se este estudo com o objetivo de apresentar instrumentos
de avaliação da ingestão alimentar, cuja confiabilidade e validade foram
estudadas.
