ANÁLISE PARASITOLÓGICA E MICROBIOLÓGICA DE ÁGUAS DE CISTERNAS NO DISTRITO DE VALE VERDE, IPABA, MG

A água que consumimos e a sua qualidade está diretamente
relacionada a certas morbidades, assim como também o
ambiente na qual estamos inseridos, sendo o saneamento
básico e água tratada importantes parâmetros para a prevenção
de um grande espectro de doenças. O objetivo do
trabalho foi analisar amostras de águas de cisternas em
busca de contaminação por microrganismos, no período de
junho de 2016. Analisou-se amostras de águas provenientes
de 21 cisternas, e pesquisou-se a presença de Coliformes
Totais e Escherichia coli, além de pesquisa de parasitos.
Das 21 amostras analisas 18 foram positivos para Coliformes
Totais e Escherichia coli, e uma apresentou presença de
larva filarioide de Strongyloides stercoralis. O consumo de
água contaminada pode estar relacionada a prevalência de
doenças infecciosas parasitarias no distrito.
