PURPURA TROMBOCITOPENICA IDIOPÁTICA DURANTE A GRAVIDEZ: RELATO DE CASO

A Púrpura Trombocitopênica Imune é uma doença que
causa diminuição no número de plaquetas, predispondo a
pessoa quadros de sangramentos, desde casos leves a moderados.
Na gravidez essa doença se torna preocupante
devido aos riscos de trombocitopenia fetal secundaria aos
anticorpos maternos. O presente artigo apresenta relato de
caso de uma paciente gestante encaminhada a serviço de
obstetrícia com quadro de plaquetopenia, sendo acompanhada
com transfusão de plaquetas e uso de corticoides,
conforme indicação na literatura. Evoluiu para parto vaginal
sem maiores complicações. O uso de corticoides ou de
imunoglobulina e durante a gestação não está bem claro.
