Infiltração marginal em resinas compostas fotopolimerizáveis

A microinfiltração marginal é ainda um grande desafio para os
profissionais da odontologia. Os materiais existentes atualmente são
capazes eficazes em relação aos materiais pioneiros, porém a
microinfiltração ainda não foi eliminada em restaurações de resina
composta. A técnica incremental é formas de fotoativação valorizando a
fase pré-gel, fazem com que contribua o desenvolvimento clínico dessas
restaurações. A evolução dos materiais restauradores ainda é a grande
esperança para a eliminação, ou melhor, redução da microinfiltração
marginal das restaurações de resina composta. Os autores relatam a
diferença entre adesão dos materiais restauradores em dentina e em
substrato cemento, mostrando que o esmalte e a dentina ainda possuem
maior poder de adesão em relação ao cemento.
