PERFIL DA INDICAÇÃO DE COLANGIOGRAFIA INTRAOPERATÓRIA EM COLECISTECTOMIA

A colangiografia exame usado para mapeamento da árvore biliar foi introduzida na década de 30, por Mirizzi, sendo utilizada até os dias atuais. Esta pesquisa busca formar um perfil e identificar as principais indicações de colangiografia intra-operatóra, através de estudo retrospectivo da análise de prontuários de pacientes que foram submetidos a colangiografia intra-operatória, no período de 01/03/2016 a 01/07/2017, no serviço de cirurgia geral do HONPAR – Hospital Norte Paranaense. Os resultados demonstraram que o diagnóstico pré-operatório de treze pacientes foi de coledocolitíase, onze pacientes com colelitíase, três pacientes possuíam associação colangite a coledocolitíase.
