FLUOROSE DENTAL: ASSOCIAÇÃO DE TÉCNICAS PARA OBTENÇÃO DO SUCESSO ESTÉTICO

Objetivo: O objetivo deste trabalho foi apresentar o tratamento
da fluorose através da combinação de técnicas de
clareamento associadas à microabrasão. Relato do caso:
Técnicas combinadas de clareamento externo e microabrasão
foram aplicadas em uma paciente que apresentava fluorose
dental. Iniciou-se pela técnica imediata através do
uso de agentes clareadores mais potentes ao redor da mancha
esbranquiçada, reduzindo a diferença óptica entre o
esmalte manchado e o sadio e, finalizou-se pela técnica mediata,
aplicada após a microabrasão do esmalte. Conclusão:
A associação de técnicas foi eficaz em promover o sucesso
clínico do tratamento clareador e a harmonia estética do
sorriso.
