UMA ANÁLISE DA PRÁTICA DO PSICÓLOGO NA ATENÇÃO PRIMÁRIA: CONTRIBUIÇÕES E DESAFIOS

Neste estudo propomos contextualizar a atuação do psicólogo
inserido na saúde pública brasileira, especificamente
na Atenção Primária. Através de pesquisa realizada na
base de dados eletrônicos SciELO com os descritores: Psicologia.
Atenção Primária. SUS. Intervenções. Modelo clínico,
foram analisados artigos que discorriam sobre o tema.
Notou-se que, apesar de razoável ser o tempo em que entende-
se a Psicologia como ciência, ainda há uma visão
predominantemente clínica deste campo de estudo. Para
muitos, a saúde pública não abrange a atuação de psicólogos,
desta forma são incontáveis os desafios encontrados
por estes profissionais. Para que este cenário seja alterado
se tornam necessárias mudanças nos modelos de atuação,
especialmente na formação de psicólogos, para que estes se
renovem, inovando e adaptando seus conhecimentos à demanda,
e aos princípios e diretrizes encontrados no SUS.
No decorrer deste artigo foram pontuadas algumas intervenções
para melhor atuação do psicólogo, levando-se em
consideração a realidade na qual estamos inseridos.
