ALEITAMENTO MATERNO E AS LEIS TRABALHISTAS: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA

O presente estudo teve como objetivo, identificar as leis trabalhistas
em relação ao aleitamento materno se as mesmas estão
sendo cumpridas. Para tanto utilizou a revisão integrativa,
sendo selecionados 6 artigos e 1 monografia referentes ao tema
citado. Encontrou-se que existe uma escassez muito grande do
material sobre este assunto, revelando falta de informação
sobre a importância do aleitamento materno exclusivo e a volta
ao ambiente de trabalho, pela falta de suporte institucional.
Conclui-se a necessidade da educação continuada com essas
gestantes e nutrizes através da equipe de saúde no programa
Saúde da Mulher para abordar e esclarecer mais sobre a mecânica
do aleitamento, orienta-lase encorajá-las em usufruir os
direitos da lei que as protegem.
