TRANSPLANTE DENTAL AUTÓGENO COMO ALTERNATIVAPARA REABILITAÇÃO ORAL: RELATO DE CASO
Abstract
O transplante dental é um procedimento pelo qual um dente hígido é extraído eadaptado em outro alvéolo pré-existente ou preparado cirurgicamente. Este trabalhorelata o caso de um paciente com 22 anos que apresentava extensa lesão cariosa naunidade 46. Realizou-se então o transplante da unidade 48 para esta área após aexodontia da unidade supracitada. O procedimento foi realizado através da técnicaconvencional, ou seja, em sessão única. Após um mês observou-se clínica eradiograficamente que a unidade transplantada estava adaptada ao novo alvéolo e areparação óssea e do ligamento periodontal estava ocorrendo normalmente. Conclui-se,portanto, que o transplante dentário autógeno é uma boa opção terapêutica parareabilitação oral.
