Linfoma primário de grandes células b da próstata: relato de caso

Linfomas primários de próstata são raros, representando
menos de 0,09% das neoplasias. O objetivo deste trabalho é relatar
linfoma primário não-Hodgkin de grandes células B de próstata em
homem de 64 anos, submetido à ressecção endoscópica de próstata, cuja
avaliação dos fragmentos de tecido demonstrou através de estudos
imunohistoquímicos esta patologia. Optou-se pela radioterapia
conformacional, havendo recidiva precoce dos sintomas associado a
insuficiência renal, e evoluindo com infiltração do canal medular e de
SNC, e evoluindo a óbito por sepsis por pneumonia
