Efeitos da auriculoterapia em pacientes hipertensos

As doenças cardiovasculares constituem a maior causa de
mortalidade no mundo ocidental. Por sua vez, a hipertensão arterial
mesmo leve ou moderada eleva de modo importante a morbi-mortalidade.
Este estudo teve como objetivo verificar os efeitos da auriculoterapia em
pacientes hipertensos em um único atendimento. Foi realizada a aferição
da pressão antes e após o tratamento, sendo que em 75% dos indivíduos o
resultado foi satisfatório.
