O cotidiano de cuidadores familiares de idosos dependentes: um estudo bibliográfico

Resumen

Buscando conhecer como o fenômeno do envelhecimento é
abordado no Brasil, este estudo objetivou levantar, entre as publicações
nacionais, a produção do conhecimento sobre o cotidiano do cuidador
familiar durante o processo do cuidar do idoso acamado. Foram critérios
de inclusão, publicações realizadas entre 1990 e 2005, indexadas no
banco de dados LILACS (Literatura Latino-Americana em Ciências da
Saúde), BDEnf (Banco de Dados em Enfermagem), UNATI
(Universidade da Terceira Idade da Universidade do Estado do Rio de
Janeiro) e Banco de Teses e Dissertações da Universidade de São Paulo.
Os descritores idoso, saúde do idoso, cuidadores, pacientes domiciliares,
cuidados domiciliares de saúde e doença crônica foram baseados no
vocabulário estruturado DeCS - Descritores em Ciências da Saúde.
Fizeram parte da amostra final 14 estudos, selecionados a partir da técnica
da metanálise.
