PREVALÊNCIA DE HEPATITE B NO ESTADO DO PARANÁ, BRASIL, NOS ANOS DE 2008 A 2013

Resumen

A hepatite B é uma doença infecto contagiosa, viral, é considerado
um problema de Saúde Pública de ordem mundial
devido suas complicações, com 350 a 400 milhões de
pessoas infectadas, com 0,5 a 1 milhão de mortes anuais.
O presente trabalho objetiva a análise dos dados de hepatite
B no Estado do Paraná, registrados no SINAN (DATASUS/
PR, 2014), no período de 2008 a 2013. O ano de
2008 teve os menores números de notificações no Brasil
(n=9.715), em relação ao Estado do Paraná o ano de menor
incidência foi 2009 com 10,51%. Em 2013 houve o
maior número de prevalência em âmbito nacional
(n=11.459) e Estadual com 13,45%. Durante estes 6 anos a
região Oeste de Paraná apresentou maior número de notificações
(39,74%), com associação significativa a indivíduos
moradores da zona urbana (81,57%), de raça branca
(77,98%), do gênero masculino (51,05%) com faixa etária
de 20-39 anos (48,81%) e portadores crônicos (87,72%).
Esta pesquisa aponta a necessidade de continuar a expansão
da cobertura vacinal, melhorias das condições sanitárias
e heterogeneidade socioeconômica, pois este problema
está ligado às condições de higiene, saneamento básico e
conscientização da população.
