PRODUÇÃO CIENTÍFICA NO BRASIL ACERCA DA CULTURA DE SEGURANÇA DO PACIENTE

Objetivo: analisar a produção científica brasileira sobre a cultura de segurança do paciente, por meio de uma revisão integrativa. Metodologia: a presente pesquisa é uma revisão integrativa. A seleção de artigos foi realizada de outubro a novembro de 2016, nas bases de dados LILACS, BDENF e SCIELO, utilizando descritores controlados. Resultados: ao analisar as publicações foi possível conhecer a cultura de segurança em diferentes setores das instituições de saúde e de diferentes profissionais. Com relação ao perfil do público-alvo dos inquéritos, verificou-se predominância de profissionais do sexo feminino, jovens e da equipe de enfermagem. Ainda vale ressaltar que um percentual significativo das publicações apresentaram resultados negativos quanto à cultura de segurança do paciente. Conclusão: os achados deste estudo apontam para a necessidade de conduzir e publicar outras pesquisas, devido ao pequeno número de estudos sobre a cultura de segurança do paciente, visando desta forma planejar ações que busquem promover uma cultura de segurança positiva e refletir Cuidados de saúde com qualidade e segurança.
