Vivência de situação pedagógica em hospital escola: uma reflexão crítica

Relatar a vivência de uma ação pedagógica voltada ao processo de sensibilização de
servidores do Hospital Universitário de Maringá, para implementação do Método
Canguru aos recém-nascidos prematuros e/ou de baixo peso e seus pais. Promovida
capacitação pelo Ministério da Saúde, uma equipe multiprofissional se torna
responsável pela multiplicação do cuidado humanizado. Realizada a primeira
sensibilização após discussão da clientela prioritária, conteúdo a ser abrangido e tempo
de sensibilização. A gratificação profissional na aquisição de novos conhecimentos, o
apoio e incentivo da instituição, visando benefícios gerados por este modo de cuidar que
favorece o vínculo afetivo, sentimento de que estamos realmente unidos em prol da
assistência de qualidade, que defenda e preserve os interesses e necessidades do cliente
como sujeito de seu próprio cuidado, levaram-nos a acreditar que os entraves em
relação à implementação deste fazem parte de uma história de mudança de paradigma
no cuidado ao recém-nascido.
