INTEGRIDADE DA PELE PREJUDICADA: EXEQUIBILIDADE DAS INTERVENÇÕES DE ENFERMAGEM

Abstract

Objetivo: Analisar a exequibilidade das intervenções
proposta pela Nursing Intervention Classification
indicadas para o diagnóstico de enfermagem Integridade
da Pele Prejudicada. Método: Trata-se de um estudo
descritivo exploratório realizado com enfermeiros
assistenciais em um hospital universitário no município
de São Luís- MA. A coleta de dados foi realizada no
período de julho a setembro de 2016. A amostra foi
composta por enfermeiros da área do cuidado a feridas na
unidade da clínica cirúrgica do hospital universitário. Os
dados foram apresentados sob forma de tabelas, através
do programa Microsoft Excel, utilizou-se a estatística
descritiva. A pesquisa seguiu os princípios éticos da
resolução CNS/MS n°466/12 e aprovado pelo Comitê de
Ética em Pesquisa - CEP-HUUFMA com parecer de nº
1.681.956. Resultados: A amostra, em sua maioria eram
mulheres (60%), possuíam idade entre 25 a 49 anos,
graduados entre 2001 a 2004 e 53% tem experiência com
serviços de enfermagem entre 11 a 15 anos; 93% tem
especialização na área. Nove intervenções foram
classificadas como muito utilizadas pelos enfermeiros e
sete foram consideradas relevantes para o diagnóstico.
Conclusão: O conhecimento dos enfermeiros sobre as
classificações de enfermagem é pouco o que torna, sem
dúvida, um dado relevante na pesquisa.
