Qualidade de vida de cirurgiões-dentistas da cidade de Jequié – Bahia

Este estudo visou verificar a qualidade de vida dos cirurgiõesdentistas
inscritos no CRO-BA atuantes no município de Jequié.
Realizou-se um estudo de caráter descritivo utilizando um questionário.
Foram entrevistados 39 cirurgiões-dentistas em atividade no período da
coleta de dados. As variáveis analisadas foram média de horas
trabalhadas por dia, autoavaliação da qualidade de vida, presença de
enfermidades, bem como a especificação das mesmas, tempo de
conclusão do curso e acesso a lazer. A maioria dos entrevistados
(48,72%) trabalha uma média de 8 horas por dia, 66,67% dos cirurgiõesdentistas
em questão consideraram boa sua qualidade de vida e 61,54%
apresentam algum tipo de problema de saúde. Os principais problemas de
saúde relatados foram dor de coluna, enxaqueca/dor de cabeça e LER/
DORT. Todos os entrevistados afirmaram reservar tempo para lazer.
Grande parte dos profissionais pesquisados aponta ter algum problema de
saúde, porém, ainda assim consideram boa sua qualidade de vida.
