Ensino clínico: expectativas dos alunos frente ao primeiro dia

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo conhecer as
expectativas dos alunos de Enfermagem frente ao primeiro dia de estágio
curricular. A amostra foi constituída por 46 estudantes do 2° ano de
graduação do curso em Enfermagem Faculdade Ingá, Maringá-PR. Utilizou
se para coleta de dados um questionário com questões fechadas. Nota-se
com os resultados apresentados que o primeiro estágio é uma grande fonte
de ansiedade e insegurança para os alunos do curso de enfermagem, o que
se intensifica com aqueles que não possuem experiência em ambiente
hospitalar. O papel do professor é fundamental, pois será nele que os alunos
procurarão respostas de suas dúvidas e segurança para seus medos e
ansiedades
