O cuidado à gestante com infecção puerperal: uma visão da enfermagem

Na gravidez e no puerpério os problemas de saúde constituem-se em
eventos fisiológicos na vida mulher, podendo algumas vezes sofrer
agravos, e o Ministério da Saúde aponta a infecção puerperal como
uma das causas que levam a morte materna no puerpério.
Enfatizaremos nesse estudo que a morte causada por essa complicação
pode ser reduzida através da utilização de antibióticos, como também o
profissionalismo para detectar a doença promovendo o tratamento
precoce e demonstrar de forma clara e objetiva as ações de
enfermagem na vigilância desta complicação.
