ECTASIA VASCULAR DO ANTRO GÁSTRICO: UMA CAUSA RARA DE ANEMIA FERROPRIVA

RESUMO
A Ectasia vascular do antro gástrico, também conhecida como estômago em melancia, é uma desordem rara responsável por 4% das hemorragias digestivas altas de origem não varicosas. Relatamos um caso de uma paciente de 52 anos do sexo feminino, que apresentou anemia ferropriva acentuada com necessidade de hemotransfusão, sendo diagnosticado ectasia vascular do antro gástrico ao exame endoscópico. A paciente se negou a realizar o tratamento proposto de coagulação com plasma de argônio e segue em acompanhamento clínico.
