Abstract

Este artigo tem como objetivo, mediante a teoria da psicodinâmica do trabalho, expor como a gestão narcisista pode desencadear o sofrimento no trabalhador que está sob sua subordinação dentro das organizações. Diante dos estudos foi possível observar que as condições que o capitalismo dispõe no mercado de trabalho, faz com que as pessoas naturalizem comportamentos narcísicos, gerando sofrimento psíquico nos colaboradores por ser desprovido de reconhecimento e significação do seu trabalho, além de presenciar assédio moral. Fatores que contribuem acentuadamente para uma psicopatologia.
