Abstract

objetivo da presente revisão sistemática de literatura
consistiu em analisar as publicações que abordaram a
temática competência profissional dos gestores de serviços
de saúde. A revisão exploratória da literatura foi
conduzida de acordo com a metodologia de revisão
sistemática PRISMA. A pesquisa bibliográfica foi
realizada na Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde, nos portais da
Revista de Administração de Empresas e da Revista de
Administração em Saúde, com termos de pesquisa
relevantes (gestor de saúde e gestão em saúde) para
identificar artigos publicados entre os anos de 2011 e 2014.
Foram analisados 31 dos 230 artigos científicos
inicialmente levantados sobre o tema em português. Os
resultados encontrados apontaram que as competências do
gestor de saúde estendem-se desde a gestão de custos até a
gestão de conflitos, incluindo a habilidade de conciliar
interesses das partes envolvidas nos processos e decisão em
contexto de constante mudança. Ao gestor de saúde
pública cabe o cumprimento, formulação e reestruturação
de políticas de saúde respeitados os papéis cabíveis às
esferas municipal, estadual e federal.
