ASSOCIAÇÃO ENTRE ESTADO NUTRICIONAL E INGESTÃO DIETÉTICA DE TRABALHADORES

Analisar o estado nutricional, circunferência da cintura e
ingestão dietética e sua possível relação com o turno de
trabalho de trabalhadores de uma empresa alimentícia.
Estudo transversal com 76 funcionários, destes 45
(59,2%) e 31 (40,8%) trabalhadores diurnos e noturnos,
respectivamente e 21(27,6%) e55 (72,4%) do gênero feminino
e masculino, respectivamente. Foi utilizado um questionário
estruturado e aferido peso, estatura e circunferência
da cintura. O nível de significância adotado foi de 5%
(p<0,05). A média da circunferência da cintura mostrou-se
significativamente maior (<0,001) entre os homens, a média
do índice de massa corporal e peso foi significativamente
(p<0,017) maior nos trabalhadores noturnos. A ingestão de
proteínas apresentou-se (p=0,003) maior nos noturnos e os
ácidos graxos saturados, se apresentaram (p=0,062) maiores
nos diurnos. O peso e o índice de massa corporal foram
significativamente maiores entre os trabalhadores noturnos,
assim como a média de ingestão de proteínas, enquanto que
a ingestão de ácidos graxosfoi maior entre os trabalhadores
diurnos.
