Diagnóstico, tratamento e acompanhamento de paciente portador de eritema multiforme associado ao uso de antibiótico

O eritema multiforme é considerado desordem inflamatória
aguda, acompanhado de lesões mucocutâneas, bolhosa ulcerativa e
simetricamente distribuída. Desenvolve-se caracteristicamente em
qualquer idade, com predileção pelo gênero masculino. O presente artigo
se propõe a relatar um caso de síndrome de Steven-Johnson e outro de
eritema multiforme menor, ambos associados ao uso prolongado de
antibiótico. A remoção completa da droga foi acompanhada da melhora
do quadro clínico, sem recidivas. Neste contexto a anamnese minuciosa e
os exames hematológicos foram ferramentas importantes para o
diagnóstico final.
