Percepção dos discentes acerca das teorias de enfermagem em um curso de graduação

O presente trabalho é um estudo descritivo sobre o ensino das teorias de
enfermagem no 1º ano de um curso de graduação, tendo como objetivo
identificar a percepção dos discentes acerca das teorias de enfermagem,
verificar as dificuldades encontradas pelos discentes no estudo das teorias
e identificar a importância atribuída pelos mesmos às teorias de
enfermagem. Os dados coletados mostraram que 56,37% dos alunos
entendem que a teoria de enfermagem está relacionada à ajuda na prática,
48% consideram a teoria importante para orientar os profissionais a
colocarem em prática os conhecimentos teórico-científicos, 51,44%
consideram as teorias muito complexas, 33,75% referem que as teorias de
enfermagem servem de base para pesquisas e 33,33% citam a teoria de
Wanda A. Horta como a mais fácil para ser utilizada na prática. Esses
dados demonstraram a necessidade de se implementar a teoria na prática,
para que o aluno possa estabelecer a ligação da teoria com a prática.
