The objective of this work was to do a literature review about Physiotherapy approach in pulmonary tuberculosis, since diagnosis until the sequelae treatment. This is an integrative literature review. The research in scientific data bases found 237 articles, being seven from SCieLO, 62 from BVS, 94 from PubMed, seven from PEdro and 67 from SCOPUS. Were excluded 63 duplicated articles and three literature review. 160 articles were excluded after reading titles and abstracts. 16 articles were completely analised and 10 were used for analysis using inclusion and exclusion criteria. Analysing all selected articles we can conclude that pulmonary rehabilitation is an important tool in the adjuvant therapy of pulmonary tuberculosis and its sequelae. However, more research is needed, with larger and more representative samples, evaluating the middle and long term effects treatment, besides evaluating other physiotherapeutic resources that may be effective in the manegement of pulmonary tuberculosis.
