RESUMO:A assistência a mulher no período gravídico puerperal é de grande importância para a saúde materno neonatal, com vistas a redução dos índices de morbimortalidade. No puerpério a mulher necessita receber uma assistência obstétrica de qualidade com ações de prevenção de complicações puerperais, oferecendo-lhes segurança e conforto. O estudo objetivou investigar o conhecimento da equipe de enfermagem da maternidade de um Hospital Filantrópico do interior do Estado de Goiás, quanto a assistência de enfermagem nas complicações puerperais, a partir de um estudo com abordagem quantitativa, de caráter exploratório. Conclui-se que o modelo de atenção materna, apesar de não priorizar ações de qualificação profissional para a assistência à mulher nesse período do ciclo gravídico-puerperal conta com profissionais confiantes. Com isso, pressupõe-se que ações educativas continuadas sejam imprescindíveis para que a assistência de enfermagem seja completa e baseada nas evidências científicas.

THE NURSE TEAM KNOWLEDGE FROM A FILANTROPIC HOSPITAL IN INTERIOR OF GOIÁS STATE ABOUT THE MAIN PUERPERAL COMPLICATIONS
ABSTRACT:The assistance to the woman during pregnancy and puerperal period it's very important to the maternal and neonatal health, aiming the reductions of the Morbidity-mortality indices. In puerperium the woman needs to receive a quality obstetric care, with preventive action for puerperal complications, offering safety and comfort. The objective of the study was investigated the knowledge of the maternity nurse team from a filantropic hospital in interior of Goiás state, about the nursing asistance in puerperal complications, from a quantity approach study, with an exploratory character. It concludes that the maternal care model, even though don't prioritize professional qualification actions to the assistance to the woman in this pregnancy-puerperal circle, they have trustful profissionals. So, it's presuppose that educative actions are essential to have a complete nursing care and base on scientific evidence.
