VIOLÊNCIA SEXUAL INFANTIL INTRAFAMILIAR: ALGUMAS CONSIDERAÇÕES

Este artigo é resultado do trabalho de conclusão de curso e
seu objeto de estudo é a violência sexual infantil intrafamiliar.
É um fenômeno social multideterminado que envolve
aspectos familiares, sociais, psicológicos e jurídicos. As famílias
aparecem como protagonistas neste tipo de violência,
pois apresentam relevante influência sobre a ocorrência,
revelação e denúncia da violência sexual infantil intrafamiliar.
O objetivo deste estudo foi compreender as características
da estrutura e dinâmica familiar que tornam a mesma
vulnerável ao acontecimento da violência sexual infantil
intrafamiliar. Para tanto foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica.
Foram selecionados para este trabalho oito estudos
de casos sobre essa temática. Os dados evidenciaram
que a violência sexual infantil intrafamiliar dado a sua
complexidade não pode ser compreendida somente sob a
ótica da dinâmica ou estrutura familiar e das características
do abusador, estes fatores são sim importantes, mas devem
ser pensados a partir de alguns planos: o individual, familiar,
social e cultural, que são instâncias distintas, porém
complementares que integram uma gama de fatores de risco
para a ocorrência desse fenômeno.
