INFILTRAÇÃO MARGINAL MICROBIANA EM SELAMENTOS CORONÁRIOS PROVISÓRIOS PÓS-PROCEDIMENTO ENDODÔNTICO: REVISÃO DE LITERATURA
Abstract
Entende-se que para o sucesso do tratamento endodôntico o
selamento coronário provisório durante o tratamento e após a
obturação dos canais radiculares é um fator muito importante.
A Avaliação da infiltração marginal microbiana em selamentos
coronários provisórios endodônticos, levando em consideração
o tempo dependência de vedação coronal efetiva, baseado na
revisão literária, evidenciou que os materiais foto ativáveis
foram os que mostraram menor infiltração, porém todos os
materiais permitiram infiltrações ao longo do tempo, nas diversas
formas de avaliação. Embora tenha ficado evidenciada
a necessidade da padronização nas avaliações para efetiva
comparação entre resultados, ficou claro a necessidade do uso
de restaurações provisórias por um curto prazo de tempo para
o sucesso do tratamento endodôntico.
